A total of 101 legislators, including four ministers, had not declared their assets to the Lokayukta till the deadline of June 30.
The ministers are Ramesh Jarkiholi, Ishwar Khandre, A. Manju, and U.T. Khader. Significantly, K.B. Koliwad, who was elected as speaker of the assembly last week, also figures in the list. Leader of opposition in the council K.S. Eshwarappa is also yet to declare his assets.
Former ministers Baburao Chinchanasur and K. Abhayachandra, who were dropped as ministers during the recent cabinet reshuffle, are also yet to submit details of their assets.
The list of legislators shows that the practice cuts across party lines.
Lokayukta has submitted the list to Governor Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala and also issued notices to the 101 legislators seeking an explanation for non-submission of details of their assets.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has declared that he got a luxury watch as a gift in July 2015, which he submitted to the government's treasury. The watch had been at the centre of a controversy earlier this year.
