Youth festivals will be organised at divisional and district levels from August 8, according to a press note issued by Collector Pravin Kumar. Cultural programme competitions will be held for those aged between 15 and 29 years.
Those who stand first at the divisional level contest will be selected for the district level contest. Those excelled in the district-level competition will head to the State-level festival.
Interested candidates can get applications frommandal parishad offices or municipal commissioner’s office. The festivals will be held in Paderu on August 8, Narsipatnam on August 22 and Anakapalle on August 29 and Visakhapatnam on Sept. 8. For details, contact: 0891-2558291.
