Yoga for policemen

A 10-day yoga camp for Armed Reserve, Special Parties and PSOs commenced at the District Armed Reserve Police grounds at Kailasagiri here on Monday. SP Rahul Dev Sharma, inaugurating the camp, said yoga would relieve the police officers and constables of the heavy stress they face. The camp is being conducted with cooperation from the Central Research Council for Yoga and Naturopathy, while S. Lakshmi Narayana, S. Sri Lakshmi and Mahesh of the Nature Cure Hospital will conduct the classes.

Additional SPs R. Satyanarayana and SVG Prasad and others senior officers were present. As many as 225 officers and staff will undergo training in yoga during the camp.
