YHAI celebrates Environment Day

Members of the district unit of the Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) cleaned the park of VUDA apartments near Doctors’ Colony in HB Colony on Thursday as part of the World Environment Day celebrations. They also distributed Tulasi saplings to the locals.

Vruksha Mitra award winner Ch. Radhakrishna Mohan was chief guest. President of VUDA Apartments Residents Welfare Association V.N. Narasimham, VDU Eco Club chairman B. Ravikumar, secretary of YHAI N. Nageswara Rao, treasurer Md. Ibrahim, senior members of YHAI D. Satya Buddhu, Varma Raju, Eco Club members K.V. Suneetha, M. Madhu, B. Monica, B.V.R. Kumar, S. Nikhil and others participated.
