The railways decided to run Tatkal special train services between Visakhapatnam-Yesvantpur for 12 trips in each direction, according to a statement issued by G. Suneel Kumar, Divisional Commercial Manager (Co) of Waltair Division of East Coast Railway.
Train no. 06579 Yesvantpur-Visakhapatnam weekly Tatkal express will leave Yesvantpur from Dec 8 to Feb 23 on Fridays at 6.35 p.m. and will reach Visakhapatnam on the next day at 2.35 p.m.
In the return direction, 06580 Visakhapatnam-Yesvantpur weekly tatkal express will leave Visakhapatnam from Dec 10 to Feb 25, on Sundays at 1.45 p.m. and will reach Yesvantpur on the next day at 9.05 a.m. Bookings will open shortly, the release added.
