Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation in collaboration with employees of the HSBC Bank, Visakhapatnam, built a water tank with a storage capacity of 3,500 litres at Karakapattu and Bandopalem near Paderu.

The project, financed by employees of HSBC Bank, was completed in a month. From this water project nearly 300 tribals from 50 families will be benefited from the two villages of Karakaputtu and Bandopalem, according to a press release by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation.

The project was inaugurated by vice president and bank manager, HSBC Bank, Visakhapatnam C.R. Suriya Kumar. Satya Sai Seva Organisations convenor, Anakapalle RTC K Chinna, Anakapalle youth coordinator P.H. Kishore, water project coordinator, Anakapalle A. Santosh, Vizag district youth coordinator S. Ramesh and zonal in-charge Sitarama Raju participated in the project.
