VUDA extends last date for plots, Haritha units

VUDA has extended the last date for submitting online applications for auction of plots and allotment of Haritha units through draw of lots up to May 9. Notifications were already issued inviting online applications for allotment of 261 plots in 12 VUDA layouts at Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram through open auction and 50 available flats in Haritha Housing Project nearing completion at Madhurawada.

The last date has been extended from April 3 to May 9, and the date of auction for plots and draw of lots for Haritha units will be announced later, according to VUDA Vice Chairman N Yuvaraj.

Some 165 plots in Sontyam layout, 14 plots in Madhurawada government lands layouts, 25 in Cyber Valley Sector-I, 10 in Cyber Valley Sector-II layouts at Madhurawada, two each in Bheemili, Chinamushidiwada and MVP layouts, 5 in Kummaripalem layout near Bheemili, one in Kurmannapalem Phase-V and 3 in Kurmannapalem Town center Layout, 13 plots in Chilukuri joint venture layout in Kapuluppada, 17 plots in Adibhatla Nagar layout and two plots in Kanapaka Ayyannapeta layout at Vizianagaram are available for disposal through open auction.

In Haritha Housing project, 17 LIG units and 33 MIG units are available for allotment through draw of lots.

Online applications for both auction of plots and draw of lots of Haritha units will be received up to May 9, through VUDA website www.vuda.gov.in
