The notification for allotment will be issued by VUDA in the second week of June, according to a statement issued here.

The officials have listed out some 200 sites available in VUDA layouts for disposal and are now preparing guidelines, terms and conditions for allotment.

As per the data gathered, about 200 plots are available for allotment in MVP Colony, Adibhatla Nagar Layout, Bheemili Layout, Chittivalasa layout, Akkireddypalem Layout, KL Rao Nagar, Pedagantyada layouts, Gandigundam Layout, Chinamushidiwada, Kurmannapalem Phase-V Layout, Kurmannapalem town centre layout, Kapuluppada Chilukuri jointventure layout, Paradesipalem Ozone Valley layout, Cyber Valley Layout Sector-I and Sector-II, Kummaripalem layout, Madhurawada government lands and Yendada layout in Visakhapatnam and Kanapaka Ayyanapeta and Babametta layouts in Vizianagaram. The Vice-Chairman directed the officials to finalise the cost for allotment.

Apart from allotment of plots available in VUDA layouts, disposal of Row housing units will also be taken up simultaneously.

The VUDA Board at its earlier meeting already gave consent to take up disposal of Row Housing units. The project was developed by VUDA at Rushikonda with 88 units among which 22 were already disposed through open auction at the initial stage.

Now, after completing the project in all aspects, remaining 65 are made ready for disposal.
