VUDA has begun an exercise to identify vacant, encroached and disputed plots in all its layouts since inception.
Special teams were formed for the purpose with staff from administration, planning, estate and engineering wings to function under the supervision of heads concerned.
Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj wanted the work of the teams to cover all layouts in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram since the time of Town Planning Trust (that later became VUDA) and complete it in two days.

All such identified plots after a through verification and certification of clear ownership, will be put for allotment for which notification will be issued next month. The teams formed have been working under the supervision of VUDA Secretary G.C. Kishore Kumar.
