VUDA will conduct open auction on February 15 and 16 for selling the Row Housing Bungalows at Rushikonda.
Applications will be received online till February 10, according to Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj.
Applications for allotment of Row Housing for staff quarters in bulk or for use as guest houses will also be accepted from public sector undertakings, IT companies, MNCs and other interested firms.
Allotment will be confirmed even on receipt of single application for a particular unit.
The Row Housing project has been developed close to the beach at Rushikonda area as a gated community in 6.78 acres in the vicinity of IT units and several educational institutions.
Upset price for auction for east-facing unit with 2066 square feet plinth area (173.33 square yards) is Rs.71 lakh, west-facing (2,114 sft, 173.33 square yards) Rs.72 lakh, east-facing (2,222 sft, 187.78 square yards) Rs.77 lakh and for the east-facing unit (2386 sft, 202.22 square yards) is Rs.82.50 lakh.
