Vizag students do well in CBSE exams

Students of Little Angels Schools at MVP Colony and Ukkunagaram came out with flying colours in All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE). Out of 99 students who have appeared for the exam, 23 students have achieved 10 out of 10, 10 students scored 9.8, six have secured 9.6, 11 got 9.4, six scored 9.2 while four have secured 9 out of 10 cumulative grade point average (CGPA).

A total of 127 students of Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan made a mark in the Central Board of Secondary Education of Class X. In all, 73 students scored 10 points, 11 secured 9.8, 15 got 9.6, 15 scored 9.4 and 13 received 9.2 out of 10 points of CGPA.

Students of Oakridge International School, who appeared for CBSE Class X, scored 46 per cent CGPA of 9 and above while 44 per cent scored CGPA of 8 and above with minimum CGPA score being more than seven.

Students of Vikas Vidyaniketan showed good scores in CBSE Class XII exams. Among the toppers, 13 students secured more than 95 per cent, 61 scored 90 per cent and above, 231 have crossed 75 per cent and 394 students have scored more than 60 per cent. In CBSE Class X exams, out of 33 students appeared for the examination, 10 students have secured 10 out of 10 and have come out with 100 per cent pass percentage.

Close to 89 students achieved top scores with CGPA rating of 10 out of 10 at Sri Chaitanya Techno School. Out of 443 students who appeared for CBSE Class X exams from Sri Chaitanya Techno School and Sri Chaitanya Vidya Niketan, 243 students bagged A1 grade, 134 students have secured A2 grade.

Students of Sri Chaitanya Narayana IIT Academy have scored the highest marks in CBSE Class XII exams. Nearly seven students scored above 480 marks whereas 117 students have secured more than 450 marks.

Students of T.V.S. Rao Sri Krishna Vidya Mandir scored good marks in the CBSE Class X exams. Around 18 students secured 10 points, 20 secured between 9 and 9.8, 18 have scored up to 8.8 and 12 students between 7 and 7.8 CGPA.
