Vizag student bags AIIMS top rank

Pattisapu Srividya of Visakhapatnam whose cap has many feathers, has broken yet another record.

The city-based student scored all-India first rank in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) entrance test, Delhi where the results have been declared on Wednesday.

She was recently featured in The Hindu for scoring all-India 9 rank in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) entrance test, 7 rank in EAMCET, 59 rank in All India Pre Medical Test and all-India 8 rank in Manipal Medical Entrance Exam. Speaking to The Hindu , the topper says that her dream is to do research in molecular biology. “It is beyond my ability to withstand the excitement as I never expected that I will score all-India first rank among 2.35 lakh candidates who wrote the examination this year, Srividya said.
