Samaikyandhra Student Joint Action Committee organises ‘Ata-pata'

Balladeer Vangapandu Prasada Rao has vowed to continue his struggle for unified Andhra Pradesh and strengthen the movement through his folk songs. Samaikyandhra Student Joint Action Committee on Sunday organised his ‘Ata-pata' (song and dance) at Gandhi statue on Andhra University premises. Mr. Prasada Rao performed for nearly an hour singing songs on the backwardness of North coastal districts and expressing support for unified Andhra Pradesh.

Student JAC convener Lagudu Govinda Rao deplored the Union Government's preoccupation with Cabinet reshuffle when the State was in a state of turmoil. Student JAC co-convenor P.V. Mohan Reddy participated.
