U.S.-based expert-partner in Pierce Atwood LLP William Taylor on Tuesday held talks with Deputy Chairman of Visakhapatnam Port P.L. Haranadh on smart city project being implemented in Visakhapatnam.
Mr. Taylor, who was Commissioner of New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission during 1994-2013 discussed on building smart cities through educational linkages. A PowerPoint presentation was made on ‘Water pollution control and environmental management activities’ in Visakhapatnam Port Trust.
Mr. Taylor also visited the infrastructural facilities available in the port and shared his ideas and best practices in smart city policy, design and administration.
