The ongoing International Shopper’s Paradise at AU Engineering College Grounds is a must-see event with an enviable ensemble of lifestyle products at over 200 stalls.

The electronic section has all the big brands like Sony, Samsung, Whirlpool, Videocon, LG, Onida and Sansui displaying their range of products from LCDs, microwave ovens, air conditioners to washing machines, music systems and other electronic gadgets. And each purchase comes with attractive offers and gifts. The automobile section features a range of vehicles from leading automobile dealers like Hyundai, Chevrolet, Toyota across all the small, medium and luxury sections, under one roof. One of the other highlights of the expo is the massage chair that offers maximum comfort to a stressed body with its specialised technology. There are glittering range things like jewellery, sarees and dress materials, household items, fitness equipment, a whole range of cutlery and decorative items, handicrafts, pottery, paintings/ frames, etc., that would impress buyers.

For gadget freaks, there are cameras, watches, portable DVD player and MP3 player. Carpets from Benaras come at attractive ranges with 20 per cent discount. Also on display are leather handbags from Kanpur that are priced at reasonable rates. And if you are exhausted by the end of the mega-shopping experience, tuck into sandwiches, pastries, juices, tea and coffee and a lot more at the food court at the end. The electronics partner for the event is Sowndarya and the radio partner is Big 92.7 FM. The expo is on till January 11 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on week days and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
