A two-day seminar on integrated building management with focus on latest developments and techniques in high voltage air-conditioning, fire safety and fighting, and security systems will be organised here.

The Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) and the Fire and Security Association of India, Visakhapatnam chapter, are organising it on Saturday and Sunday.

FSAI Visakhapatnam chapter president K. Leela Prasad told reporters on Thursday that experts in the respective fields with rich experience would dwell on the latest developments and create awareness on them at the seminar titled ‘Green and Safe Summit’.

Manufacturers and technology developers were coming with improvements every day and it was important for industry and big players to keep abreast of them, Mr. Prasad said.

Director-General of Fire Services N. Sambasiva Rao will inaugurate the seminar. ISHRAE Visakhapatnam chapter chairman K. Manickamoorthy, past chairman K. Kumar Raja, secretary N.S.N. Raju, and FSAI secretary D. Raj Gopal Reddy were present.
