TTD's brahmotsavams to be held from today

Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD)'s Visakhapatnam unit of Dharmika Salaha Mandali will conduct Sri Venkateswaraswami Brahmotsavams at Kalabharathi premises in the city from Tuesday to October 16.

According to secretary of the mandali GRK Prasad (Rambabu), the Lord would be taken out on Garudavahanam on Tuesday, on Gajavahanam on Wednesday, Chandraprabhavahanam on Thursday, and Aswavahanam on Friday. On the last day on Oct. 16, Panchamrutabhishekam and Vasanthotsavam would be performed from 4 p.m. Also, on all five days, Sri Vishnusahasranama recital would be conducted from 5.45 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Besides, cultural programmes would be organised daily from 6.45 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., he said.
