Hotel Palm Beach is hosting a Swiss Food Festival at its restaurant Dusk. Swiss dishes like fondues with varieties like fiesta cheese fondue, traditional Swiss cheese fondue and Zurich trio cheese fondue are a part of the a-la-carte menu. The in-house spinach artichoke cheese fondue is a special creation of the hotel’s chef improvised in a way to suit the local palate.

Switzerland’s popular Lindt chocolates are used for the chocolate fondues.

“We have also introduced a special dessert for the food festival - the ‘champagne cream with Luxemburgerli Macaroons.’ It is a cocktail glass filled with champagne-infused cream with macaroons floating in it. This is a perfect twist of Champagne and Luxembourg and something new for the food lovers of the city,” said the hotel’s executive manager Paramita Banerjee. The festival will be on till March 16.
