January 02, 2015 12:35 am | Updated 12:35 am IST - VISAKHAPATNAM:

The police do not rule out love angle in the murder of Kolli Vinay, a first-year polytechnic student.

The student was found murdered on Wednesday night in the Pulaganipalem area under Pendurthi police station limits.

The victim was done to death by wrapping a polythene bag around his head and tying both his hands behind his back.

According to the police, all angles are being investigated. The police have seized the victim’s cellphone and are in the process of acquiring the call data record.

Vinay, son of Kolli Ramana, a farmer, left home on Wednesday at 5 p.m. and did not return home. His body was found by his father in a hut in the family farm.
