Student drowns in Gadigumma waterfall

Six Vizag engineering students went to the waterfall on a pleasure trip that turned fatal

An engineering student drowned in the Gadigumma waterfall at Gadigumma under Koyyuru Police Station limits in the district on Friday. A six-member group of students of Sanketika Vidya Parishad College of Engineering in the city went to the waterfall on a pleasure trip on Friday morning. M. Tarun, a final B. Tech student, got caught in the swirling waters and drowned, according to reports reaching here.

Koyyuru Inspector G Srinivas rushed to the spot along with his team. The body was shifted to the government hospital for post mortem.
