Ministry of Steel Secretary Aruna Sundararajan will arrive here on Wednesday on a three-day visit to take part in steel Chief Vigilance Officers’ conference.
This will be her maiden visit to the city after her posting in the ministry. She will be received by RINL-Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Chairman-cum-Managing Director P. Madhusudan on Wednesday evening. The Steel Secretary will review the performance of the company and witness a corporate presentation after her arrival.
Ms. Sundararajan will plant saplings at the Dedication Park in the plant and pay a visit to the Model Room and Awards Gallery on March 31.
Later she will be taken to the major production units like coke ovens, Blast Furnace-3 and Wire Rod Mill-2.
