Special express trains will be run between Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam and Puri-Visakhapatnam-Puri for two trips to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Pongal season.
Train No.08477 Puri - Visakhapatnam special express will leave Puri on January 17 and 18 at 7.30 a.m. and will arrive here the same day at 4.20 p.m. In return direction, 08478 Visakhapatnam – Puri special express will leave Visakhapatnam on January 19 and 20 at 7.10 a.m. and will reach Puri at 3.30 p.m.
These pair of trains will stop at Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram between Puri and Visakhapatnam, according to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager M. Yelvender Yadav.
Train No.08577 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad special express will leave Visakhapatnam on January 17 and 18 at 4.45 p.m. and reach Secunderabad the next day at 6.15 p.m. In return direction, the train No. 08578 Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam special express will leave Secunderabad on January 18 and 19 at 5.25 p.m. and will reach Visakhapatnam at 6.50 a.m. the next day.
