Special express trains to Tatanagar for puja

East Coast Railway (ECoR) will run a pair ofweekly Express trains via Srikakulam, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Kendujhargarh to cater to the needs of the travelling public during the peak season of Durga Puja celebrations.

Train no. 08516 Express will leave Visakhapatnam on Sundays from September 22 to November 24 at 5:45 p.m. and reach Tatanagar on the next day at 10:45 a.m. This train is scheduled at Simhachalam 6:01 p.m., Vizianagaram 6:45 p.m., Srikakulam Road 7:50 p.m., Palasa 8:50 p.m., Ichchapuram 9:36 p.m., Brahmapur 10 p.m., Chatrapur 10:22 p.m., Balugaon 11:05 p.m., Khurda Road 00:30 a.m.(midnight), Bhubaneswar 1 a.m., Mancheswar 1:15 a.m., Cuttack 1:35 a.m. on the Visakhapatnam–Cuttack main line and in the Jakhapura–Rajkharswan– Tatanagar line, this train will stop at Jakhapura junction, Sukinda Road, Harichandanpur, Kendujhargarh, Nayagarh, Banspani, Dangoaposi, Chaibasa and Rajkharswan junction, according to the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division M. Yelvender Yadav.

Train no. 08515 Express will leave Tatanagar on Mondays from September 23 to November 25 at 1 p.m. and arrive in Visakhapatnam on the next day at 4:40 a.m.(early hours of Tuesday). This train halts at the same stations between Tatanagar – Rajkharswan junction – Jakhapura junction and on the Cuttack – Visakhapatnam main line the schedules are: Cuttack : 9:30 p.m., Mancheswar 9:57 p.m., Bhubaneswar 10:05 p.m., Khurda Road 10:40 p.m., Balugaon 11:34 p.m., Chatrapur 00:12 a.m. (midnight), Brahmapur 00:30 a.m., Ichchapuram 00:54 a.m., Palasa 1:50 a.m., Srikakulam 2:43 a.m., Vizianagaram 3:43 a.m. and Simhachalam 4:23 a.m.
