See this stretch in IV Town, close to petrol bunk

It is full of craters and bumpy

March 17, 2014 11:12 am | Updated May 19, 2016 09:16 am IST - VISAKHAPATNAM:

The road in the Four Town police station area adjacent to the petrol bunk leading to the National Highway is in an awfully bad shape for a long time now. It had not been re-laid for a long time after the underground drainage work.

Later the road received some attention but now again it is full of craters and is bumpy.

Right now towards the end of the stretch before it joins the highway, a crater formed was partly covered with some stones and bricks and still a sudden plunge after negotiating the difficult stretch all the way.

To add to woes, the resident nearby dangerously positioned a grind stone too.

Hardly any attention is paid to the difficulties of the road-users. It is an important connecting one-way road as it connects several areas behind the Four Town police station and the petrol bunk to the highway.
