RPF bags top honours in ECoR sports meet

: The Railway Protection Force was the overall winner of the ninth inter-departmental Sports Mela organised by the East Coast Railway Sports Association, Waltair. The Commercial Department and Senior DEE (operations) Department were second and third respectively.

Divisional Railway Manager Chandralekha Mukherjee gave away the prizes and trophies to the winners and runners-up of the 11 sports events in which competitions were held.

Additional DRM Ajay Arora, Senior DCM and Sports Officer M. Yelvender Yadav, Senior DEN Ch. Vishnu Murthy, DME (D) K.K. Khadanga, general secretary of ECoRSA B. Appanna Reddy, and trade union leaders participated.
