It was a musical evening with a difference with the performers and the audience swinging to the beats of a number of rock bands for a good cause.

Charity rock show ‘The Change', where six bands—Tied-Up, Kross, Pulse Thory, Kairoz, Metalloid and River of Sins performed for the benefit of hearing-impaired youth at Gurajada Kalakshetram on Tuesday. The proceeds of the show were donated to ‘The Family Services', a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) working for differently-abled people. The NGO has been involved in many social and educational projects for the betterment of delinquent youth, physically challenged people, childcare counselling and other supportive causes. They also conduct classes on English language, English sign language, character building using visual aids, etc. School students of Timpany, Visakha Valley and Chaitanya were part of the live band. The music of Rohit Dutta's (Tied-Up) band pulled the crowd together waving to the beat of the music.

The show also announced lucky dip winners who won a guitar, and dinner coupons at Hotel Vihar among other prizes. Wellfare group, CMR, Hotel Vihar, FoodEx, Red magazine and others were the sponsors for the show. The main organisers were Vaibhav Jaiswal, Rohit Dutta, Udipt, Harsh, Yashwant and Arudhay of Tied-Up band.
