Rally taken out to mark ‘Chatrumas Pravesh’

A rally was organised to mark the Chaturmas Pravesh of Jain Terapanth Acharya Mahashraman’s pupil Sadhvi Shri Kunthu Sriji and Sadhvi Shri Kanchan Rekhaji, Sadhvi Sri Sumangalaji and Sadhvi Shri Sulabh Yashaji.

The spiritual leaders of the community were taken out in a procession from residence of BC Dugar in Daspalla Hills to residence of TC Hirawat in Balaji Nagar accompanied by members of Jain Swethambar Terapanth Sabha, Terapanth Yuvak Parishad and Terapanth Mahila Mandal here on Friday.

A large number of devotees from Vizianagaram and Hyderabad also joined the procession.

A programme was organised to welcome the religious leaders in which the chief guest was former Vice Chancellor of Andhra University G.S.N. Raju. Ashok Barmecha, Morari Sarawgi, Ghewarchand Hirawat, TYP president Vikash Baid, TMM vice president Sajjan Devi Hirawat, JSTS president BC Dugar, Mangal Prabha Bucha spoke.

TYP members led by Vinit Golecha, Vinod Singhi, Santosh Hirawat, Sandeep Sethia, Arvind Sethia organised the programme. A number of religious programmes including songs were organised on the occasion, according to TYP president Vikas Baid in a statement issued here.
