Officers of all departments must work in coordination and take help of people's representatives while conducting the Prajapadham programme commencing in the district on April 19, Collector J. Syamala Rao told a meeting of MDOs, Mandal Special Officers and district officials here on Tuesday.
Punctuality was a must and the programme must be conducted according to the scheduled in the panchayats it was scheduled, he told the officials.
Efforts must be made to make more people to participate in the programme by giving them advance information. A check-list must be made on the works taken up by different departments, their progress and the problems that could come to light.
