Discussion on the Telangana Bill must be conducted clause-wise. State vice-president R. Ravi Shankar advised the MLAs to take part in the discussion and felt that all Seemandhra MLAs must have a joint forum like their Telangana counterparts.APNGOs Association city unit president K.V.
