NFIR appeal to Railway Board

The General Secretary of NFIR/New Delhi has appealed to the Secretary (E) of the Railway Board to revise the validity period of privilege and complimentary passes and PTOs of Railway employees and retired railway employees.

The NFIR sought revision of validity to at least six months to enable serving and retired employees to avail themselves of the advance reservation period, which was increased from 60 to 120 days by the Railways recently, according to a statement issued by the Divisional Coordinator of East Coast Railway Shramik Congress T. Narasinga Rao here.
