New building of Intelligence wing inaugurated

A new building of the Regional Intelligence Command Centre was inaugurated by Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy beside the National Highway at Urvasi junction on Monday.

The centre would have jurisdiction over four coastal districts.

Director-General of Police V. Dinesh Reddy said that three more Regional Intelligence Command Centres would be set up in the State in the near future. He spoke on the importance of the Intelligence wing in gathering vital information.

Ministers Ganta Srinivasa Rao, P. Balaraju, Kondru Muralimohan, Raghuveera Reddy and Parthsaradhi and Additional Director General (Intelligence) M. Mahendra Reddy were present.
