The City Operations Centre located at GVMC is the nerve centre of the Integrated Command and Communication Centre. With multiple cameras transmitting pictures it's like watching the city with thousand eyes.
It has a capacity of 30 personnel operating with another 30 ready to analyse the data. Citizen Service Centre is a part of it. It also houses a conference room that enables officials to deliberate and act in times of emergency with a view of the screens transmitting live images.
