National Experimental Skill Test at MR (A) College

Salur Government Degree College is conducting “National Experimental Skill Test (preliminary) (NEST)” in association with the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) at Maharajah’s Autonomous College, here, from 9 a.m. on August 12. The test will be conducted for students selected under two categories. In the first category, students of classes 9th to 12 and in the second category undergraduate and post-graduates are eligible to participate in the preliminary test. Joga Chandrasekhar Rao, convenor of IAPT, Andhra Pradesh Region, said in a release on Tuesday, that 20 students from each category would be selected through a screening test. Based on their experimental skills that would be evaluated while they are doing experiments three students from each category would be selected for the NEST, which will be held at IIT, Kanpur (schedule to be informed later). Interested students can register their names by sending their personal details like name, class, school/college, etc. to chandujoga1@gmail.com immediately.
