Naidu inaugurates Marriott hotel

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated AP’s first hotel from the Marriott group, Fairfield by Marriott here on Monday.

Located at R&B Junction on the National Highway, the hotel is developed by the KSR group and will be operated by the Marriott group of hotels.

The 121-room hotel has an all-day dining restaurant Kava, bar and lobby lounge and also features The Market, a unique 24/7 convenience store within the hotel, where guests can purchase snacks and beverages at any time of the day.

The business centre and meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities.

Sudhanshu Singh, general manager, Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam, said the hotel is the latest addition to the brand’s footprint in South Asia, with four hotels in India currently open, including Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar, Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow and Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi.

Ramesh Raju, executive director, KSR Developers said the collaboration with Marriott International will make the hotel an iconic property in the city encompassing world-class service and impeccable hospitality.
