An MBA student committed suicide by falling under a train as he was agitated over the decision to bifurcate the State.

T. Sandeep (22) of Anakapalle is pursuing his MBA second year at a private college in Hyderabad. He came to his native place only on Thursday. His body was found on the track near Anakapalle on Thursday. Government Railway Police Inspector A. Parthasaradhi said that though the youth had committed suicide by falling under the train in the morning, it was detected only in the evening.

A suicide note recovered from the spot revealed that he was perturbed by the decision to bifurcate the State. He wrote in Telugu seeking that the State should remain as a single entity and all Telugus should remain united. He also felt that youths from Seemandhra region would be deprived of jobs in the capital and unemployment would increase after bifurcation. The body was shifted to the Government Hospital at Anakapalle for post-mortem. GRP, Visakhapatnam, is investigating the case.
