Andhra Pradesh Association of Mathematics Teachers (APAMT) will conduct the 41st Mathematical Olympiad on November 30.
The last date for receiving entries for the examination is October 25. Individual applications will not be accepted. Students should apply through their school, according to a statement by APAMT.
The examination will be held in more than 500 different centres in Andhra Pradesh.
The examination will be held in six levels – mini-junior (class 5), sub-junior (classes 6 and 7), junior (classes 8 and 9), senior level (class 10), inter first and inter second levels throughout the State.
Gold medals will be awarded to the best candidates who top the list at different levels and silver medals till the fifth position.
Apart from merit certificates, prizes will be awarded to the best candidates at each level who come up to certain level expected by the evaluation board.
Rolling shields will be awarded to the institutions for best participations at each level.
