Man allegedly kills wife

A woman was allegedly beaten to death by her husband at Paderu on Sunday night. But the incident came to light on Monday when the police came to know about it and booked a case.

According to Paderu police, K. Kasulamma (25), resident of Chilakalaguda under Paderu police station, limits was allegedly beaten to death by her husband K. Eswara Rao (28), her husband over a petty issue.

It is learnt that the victim had stopped breast feeding her three-month-old infant for the last couple of weeks back reportedly due to some health issue. This infuriated Eswara Rao and on Sunday he had a heated argument with his wife and repeatedly hit her on the head with a stick and she died on the spot. A case has been registered and investigation is on.
