Malindo Air to take off from city tomorrow

Malaysian hybrid airline – Malindo Air – has announced commencement of its new flight service connecting Kuala Lumpur and Visakhapatnam three times in a week beginning February 15.

The flights will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays using dual-class layout Boeing 737.

The flight will take off from Visakhapatnam at 11.55 p.m. and land in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA 2) at 6.10 a.m. the following day.

The return flight will leave KLIA 2 at 9.55 p.m. (local time) and will arrive in Visakhapatnam at 11.10 p.m. the following day.

Malindo Air is presently offering introductory fare.

The Kuala Lumpur return fare starts from Rs.10,200, Bangkok return fare Rs.14,200, and Singapore return fare Rs.13,000.

Malindo Holidays, the travel portal of the airline, offers travel deals to various destinations.

“Vizag will be our fifth destination in India and seventh in South Asia,” says Malindo Air CEO Chandran Rama Murthy.
