There is a need to build a proper library facility to help the Girijan students, first IAS officer from Paderu and Vice-Chairman of Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority T. Baburao Naidu said after inaugurating the reference library and reading room at Girijan Bhavan here on Sunday.

“I understand that you have great expectations from me, I shall do everything to help build the library. I shall see how VUDA can help in this matter,” he said addressing the gathering of tribal employees of various government organisations at the AP Scheduled Tribe Welfare Association building – Girijan Bhavan – at MVP Colony.
