ISKCON to conduct summer camps for students from May 1

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness is presenting an annual residential summer camp for school and college students in different batches at its Sagarnagar premises from next month.

Camp for the first batch will be held from May 1 to 8 for those aged between 9 and 16 years. Yoga, prayers, meditation, music, dance, philosophy, craft, art and aerobics, puja, sloka recitation, treasure hunt, drama, painting and storytelling will be part of the camp.

A separate batch has been dedicated for those aged from 16 to 35 years which will be commencing from May 12 for three days.

Time management, stress management and personality development will be taught to the participants.

Similarly, ISKCON’s Divine Touch School is organising a summer camp for the little ones aged between three and six years at its school premises located opposite Circuit House, Siripuram. From music to yoga, skating to storytelling, field trips to painting and craftwork, a number of fun-filled activities are in store for children.
