Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College will organise V.B.V. Reddy memorial inter-collegiate competition in life sciences.
The contest consists of written test based on information published on every Thursday in The Hindu Science & Technology pages from June 7 to September 6 and basic concepts of life sciences. The written will be objective type with 100 multiple questions. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. The test is for one hour.
The competition will be held on September 19 from 11 a.m. to noon on the college premises, Resapuvanipalem. The last date for enrolment is September 7. Students of life sciences from degree and post-graduate colleges located in and around the city are eligible. Top three winners will get Rs.2,000, Rs.1500 and Rs.1,000 along with certificates. There is no registration fee.
