IGNOU B.Ed. counselling on December 27

Counselling for admission into B.Ed. course of January 2014 session of IGNOU will be conducted at its Regional Centre here from 10.30 a.m. on December 27, Regional Director S. Raja Rao has said.

Admission counselling letters were despatched by Speed Post on December 12 to all the candidates who qualified in the entrance examination held on September 8, he said on Sunday.

Candidates have to bring original certificates, he said.

They also have to produced the following documents: acceptance form, attested copy of degree certificates and marks lists, teaching experience certificate in original for the last two years, present employment certificate in original with date and month and year of working, permission from the school where they are employed for doing teaching practice, declaration of Mentors Form, category certificate or OBC non-creamy layer certificate issued by the government, physically handicapped certificate issued by the competent authority, entrance test hall-ticket along with a demand draft for Rs.20,000 drawn in favour of ‘IGNOU’ payable at Visakhapatnam, and identity card (available in prospectus) affixed with a recent photograph.
