Haribabu provides ambulances to VIMS

Lok Sabha member K. Haribabu on Tuesday flagged off two ambulances he provided to Visakha Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS).

The cost of the two ambulances, ₹31.92 lakh, was met from the MPLAD funds of Mr. Haribabu. Two Tata Winger vehicles have been converted into model ambulances.

After inaugurating the ambulances at VIMS, Mr. Haribabu went around the hospital visiting various wards, including emergency, surgery and the outpatient wings. He addressed the hospital staff.

VIMS Director K. Satya Vara Prasad, RMO B.S. Chakravarthy and hospital administrator G. Ramakrishna participated.
