GVMC Commissioner visits MLB Trust School

Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Commissioner B. Ramanjaneyulu visited the Gayatri Vidya Parishad MLB Trust School near VUDA Park on Friday.

Addressing the students, Mr. Ramanjaneyulu said that poverty shouldn't come in the way of talent and hoped that all the children would study hard and come up in life. He recalled his school days and said GVMC would strive to improve the quality of education at its schools. He appreciated the staff of MLB Trust for developing the school into a model institution.

He said permission would be granted to the trust for construction of additional classrooms in recognition of its services being rendered to children from economically and social backward sections.

Gayatri Vidya Parishad secretary P. Somaraju and trust secretary V.R. Maya Devi spoke.

School principal K. Madhuravani, MLB Trust president P. Jagan Mohini, secretary P. Antarvedi, GVP coordinator D. Dakshina Murthy and GVP Degree College principal P. Raja Ganapathi were among those who attended.
