GITAM University signed an MoU with Central Institute of Tool Design (CITD) here on Wednesday.
As per the MoU, the CITD will impart the required technical skills to engineering graduates.
Technical seminars
The MoU will also help the students undertake projects and training in the plant, internships to students, assistance in placements, and access to laboratories and library. In return, the university will give preference to the CITD staff to study M. Tech in the university and facilitate joint research publications and organise technical seminars.
GITAM University Registrar M. Potharaju and CITD Principal Director Shujayat Khan signed the MoU in the presence of Vice-Chancellor M.S. Prasada Rao and Institute of Technology Principal K. Lakshmiprasad.
