Visakhapatnam is among the 34 cities offered World Bank funding, says a GVMC release.
Additional Commissioner M. Janaki held a meeting with teams of CRISIL and others organisations on Tuesday.
Team leader N. Bhattacharjee said if GVMC wrote a letter of expression of interest for preparation of detailed project reports for city sanitation and city development plans, property tax, double accounting and energy and water audits, it would be considered.
Ms. Janaki said a final decision would be taken in consultation with the Commissioner and Heads of Departments.
