Free bid process in progress to develop Signature Tower

Reiterating the government’s commitment to make Vizag an IT hub, Minister for IT and Communications Palle Raghunatha Reddy on Saturday said they had hired 54,000 square ft. space with plug and play facility at two separate locations in the city.

Addressing the media here, he said they were trying to sort out problems in taking up construction of Signature Tower in 16 acres on Hill No. 3 of Rushikonda. On Signature Tower and the lukewarm response to take up construction on PPP mode, he said. free bid process was in progress to develop an iconic tower with two million sft with a total investment of Rs.480 crore. He said they had hired premises at VUDA Complex, Siripuram and a commercial space on VIP road to accommodate IT investors.
