Fitness and beauty chain Kolors on Sunday organised a 90-minute Nature Walk from VUDA Park to Kailasagiri. Over 70 persons participated in the walk. Fitness expert Israel gave them basic health tips and taught routine exercises that can be practised at home. Maintaining healthy life style with exercise and diet will go a long way in countering stress and other problems.

Since the opening of its first branch in 2004 at Hyderabad, Kolors has provided free health guidance to over 7,000 people, according to a press release.

It plans to open a gym and fitness centre soon at Visakhapatnam.
