All employers with more than 100 ECR members have to register digital signatures of either the employer(s) or authorised signatory(ies) with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation.
All establishments under the jurisdiction of the Sub Regional Office of the EPFO Visakhapatnam in Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam having more than 100 ECR members have to register Digital Signature Certificates Class 2 and above, according to a statement by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner R.K. Sahoo.
Establishments with 101-500 ECR members have to submit it by June 30 and establishments having more than 500 ECR members have to comply with the direction by April 30.

PF AdalatThe SRO is conducting a Bhavishyanidhi Adalat at the SRO in Visakhapatnam on April 10 to mitigate the grievances of the EPF subscribers in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts. All subscribers who have any grievance may send it to the Regional PF Commissioner Visakhapatnam on or before April 5. The grievances may be addressed to the Assistant PF Commissioner (PF Adalat) Visakhapatnam. They may register their grievances through post/ courier or fax it to 08912558734 or email it to sro.vizag@epfindia.gov.in .
