Representatives of over 15 institutions from US and Canada clarified the queries raised by students who attended the ‘US and Canada Education fair’ organised jointly by the IDP Education and The Hindu here on Thursday.
The fair held at Hotel Novotel in the city saw close to 800 candidates attending it from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. that began with an interactive session by IDP’s director client relations for Canada Uri Carnat.
Apart from career prospects, students had a chance to enquire about the scores required to clear examinations, fee waiver for meritorious students and scholarship opportunities at the venue.
Along with other candidates, students of Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology, Raghu Engineering College, Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology participated in the interactive session.
